Human Resources Management

Abstract

This paper explores the impact of digital transformation on Human Resource Management (HRM) practices and the adoption of technology-based HR systems. The study examines how digital tools such as HRMS, ATS, payroll software, and AI-powered analytics contribute to organizational efficiency, cost reduction and improved employee satisfaction. It highlights the strategic role of technologies like SMAC, ERP and cloud-based platforms in shaping a flexible, transparent, and performance-oriented HR framework.
