Theoretical Foundations of Optimizing the Activities of the

Executive Authority

 

Abstract

 

This article explores the theoretical foundations of optimizing the issue of executive authorities. The author emphasizes eliminating redundant functions, implementing anti-corruption mechanisms, and increasing transparency in governance. Recommendations include legally defining state functions, reducing administrative barriers, expanding outsourcing practices, using new information technologies, and reforming the public procurement system. The study addresses both legal and organizational dimensions of administrative reforms aimed at enhancing the efficiency of public administration.
