The Role of Strategic Planning and Implementation in the Formation of Healthy Internal Corporate Relationships
Abstract
Strategic planning and implementation play an important role not only in achieving the organization's goals, but also in the formation of healthy internal corporate relationships. Shared vision and goals unite employees, strengthen cooperation and mutual respect. The strategic plan clarifies employee roles and responsibilities, reduces misunderstandings and conflicts. Transparent communication and employee participation in the implementation of the plan increase trust and increase motivation. A culture of cooperation and problem-solving strengthens internal relationships and develops team spirit. As a result, a strategic plan not only increases organizational productivity, but also creates a sustainable, healthy and harmonious work environment.
