Abstract. The article examines the role of organizational factors in ensuring the quality of digital management in higher education institutions from a theoretical perspective. Within the scope of the study, the main organizational factors affecting management quality in the context of digital transformation were investigated. The analysis shows that the effectiveness of digital management is not only related to technological capabilities, but also to the flexibility of the management structure, the efficiency of decision-making processes, internal coordination, the level of digital skills of human resources, and leadership approaches. The study results indicate that organizational factors have a direct impact on the implementation of digital management systems and their effective functioning. In this regard, improving the quality of digital management requires not only the development of technological capabilities but also the improvement of organizational factors. Insufficient digital competence among academic and administrative staff in higher education institutions hinders the implementation of innovative management models and negatively impacts the quality of digital governance. Within this framework, the digital skills of teaching staff serve as a strategic factor that not only enhances instructional efficiency but also shapes students' analytical thinking. Furthermore, the continuous evolution of digital technologies necessitates that educators regularly upgrade their professional knowledge and skills.
