The Problem of Thinking in Philosophy
Abstract
In modern times, thinking is studied by a number of sciences, including philosophy, thinking is one of the important objects of research. For the first time in Ancient Greece, the laws of thinking became the object of discussion, and from this period, emotional and logical cognition were distinguished from each other. In general, thinking is a complex cognitive process that occurs both consciously and subconsciously. Through observations, information is transferred to the brain, the legal connections of the information transferred to the brain are used here. Thinking as a part of cognition is generally distinguished from perception and intuition. In conceptual thinking, thought is associated with language operations, the object of thought becomes the cognitive content of a linguistic sign.
The main aspects of the problem of thinking in philosophy are reflected in the article. In the article, cosmocentrism was considered as an ancient way of thinking, and the role of thinking in the theoretical solution of contradictions was emphasized. Although the primary form of perception of reality is sense perception, logical thinking plays a decisive role in the relevant process. Logical knowledge is important in the formation of abstract thinking. Every logical knowledge is realized by thinking. Thinking, which is the highest form of logical cognition, has basic forms such as understanding, judgment, and inference.
From this point of view, thinking is a mediated and generalized reflection of reality. Thinking is manifested in the human brain as a reflection of the main features of cause-and-effect relationships. When we look carefully at the history of thinking, the history of the formation and development of thinking, as well as the importance of thinking in the process of cognition, are significantly noticeable. Over time, the development of scientific knowledge led to the abstraction of thinking, and at the same time, new methods of thinking appeared.
