Syntax Teaching in Curriculum, Textbooks, and

Methodological Literature

 

Abstract

This article explores the role of syntax teaching in curriculum, textbooks, and methodological literature. Syntax, as a fundamental structural unit of language, is a crucial part of grammar and significantly impacts students' speech skills. The study analyzes the objectives and principles of syntax teaching in the curriculum. Additionally, the methods of presenting syntax materials in textbooks and their effectiveness are examined. Approaches and recommendations related to syntax teaching in methodological literature are reviewed. Various teaching methods are compared, highlighting more effective instructional technologies. Challenges faced by teachers in syntax instruction and their solutions are discussed. Suggestions are provided for the more effective presentation of syntax topics in curricula and textbooks. The impact of syntax teaching on students' written and oral communication skills is emphasized. As a result of the research, the main directions of modern syntax teaching are identified. The article pays special attention to the practical application and methodological foundations of syntax instruction.
