Psychologism as a Description of the Human Psyche in Literature
Abstract
The article examines the human psyche in literature in a broad and multifaceted way. Since the human psyche is a rather complex concept, it needs its own interpretation and explanation. Psychologism clarifies the inner world of man, moral crises, and psychological conflict. Here, the role of the human psyche in literature is examined with specific examples from the works of such brilliant writers as F.M. Dostoevsky and A.P. Chekhov. At the same time, the position of the human psyche in modern literature is also noted. What functions psychologism performs in literature is emphasized. The development of psychologism serves to provide literature with a deeper understanding of man. In this regard, the study of the psyche in the form of specific images serves as the main goal. Thus, the article describes the nature of the human psyche in literature. As a result, the role of psychologism in literature never decreases, and this approach to analyzing the human psyche will be of great importance in the future.
