Main Features of Adolescence
Abstract
Adolescence is a critical stage in human life, and understanding the social and psychological changes that occur during this period is important for both adolescents themselves and their families, teachers, and society. The article explains the emotional changes that occur during this period, the impact of social relationships, and the psychological development characteristics of adolescents, helping to understand their problems. Researching this topic provides parents and educators with important knowledge to correctly assess and support adolescents' behavior. At the same time, the article can help adolescents to know themselves better, understand the difficulties they face, and solve these problems in healthy ways.
In addition, issues such as academic pressures, social influences, and a tendency to risky behavior during adolescence are brought to attention, which are important in terms of psychological health and social adaptation. This article provides valuable information for individuals and professionals who support adolescents in their transition to a successful and balanced adulthood.
