Legislative Foundations of Environmental Management - New Approaches to Legal Security Against the Background of Global Challenges

Abstract

The need to adapt environmental legislation to current requirements in order to regulate the relationship between the environment and human society is recognized globally. New approaches are being applied in this area against the backdrop of modern challenges.

In the modern era, it is impossible for a single state to create an ecological security system on its own. Only through joint efforts can the health and development of present and future generations be ensured by establishing an appropriate legal regime. Therefore, international ecological law should play a decisive role in environmental protection and the conservation of natural resources.

The rapid development of the economy has necessitated modern and flexible environmental management. In this regard, the implementation of new approaches in legislative acts has enhanced the effectiveness of measures taken to protect the environment.
