Evaluation of National Economic Productivity Based on the Eigenvalues of
the Direct Cost Coefficient Matrix Within the Input-Output Model
Abstract
In the economy, labor productivity is an important factor in the production activity of firms and enterprises. In the work under review, on the basis of the İnput-Output table, the productivity of the country was evaluated directly through the specific values of the matrix of cost coefficients. For this, inter-sectoral balance reports for 2016 compiled by the State Statistics Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan were used. Compilation of the intersectoral balance sheet and conducting research on the development and implementation of the corresponding model are considered urgent issues. There is a need to analyze this exchange, draw up economic plans, and determine the dependence of field indicators on variables. In this article, intersectoral balance equations were solved using the Excel table processor, specific numbers were studied using the Mathlab mathematical software package, a simulation model was built, multiplicative effects were evaluated, the obtained results were analyzed and certain suggestions were given.
