Administrative-Legal Status of Commissions For the Protection of Minors'
Affairs and Rights
Abstract
Theoretical and methodological basis of the article contains the administrative-legal status of the commissions on affairs and protection of the rights of minors, organizational and legal bases of their activity, the nature of the relationship between the higher commissions and local commissions, the results of practical work on the principles of separation of powers. scientific-theoretical concepts, scientific ideas and recommendations obtained from relevant research, materials of international scientific-practical conferences, etc. Theoretical observation, complex and systematic approach, comparative analysis, logical generalization, analysis and synthesis, etc. during the research. methods were used. The set of general provisions characterizes the forthcoming tasks by creating an idea of the purposeful and systematic activity, methods and forms of work of the commission.
