Abstract

Masud Sad Salman is one of the famous Persian poets of the 5th-6th centuries. He spent 10 years in prison. Only one of his Divan has survived to this day. The Divan consists of various types of poems, including qasida, tarkibband, mustazad, tarjiband, mosamma, masnavi, and ghazal. Masud Sad Salman passed away in 515.

Sultan Mas'ud ibn Ibrahim lived before his reign, and his childhood and youth were spent in Lahore, where he studied sciences and arts.
