Abstract
Modern classroom management models aim to enhance the quality of education and ensure active student participation in the learning process. These models include the support and integration approach, are the particular importance among these models, such as the rule and discipline model, and interactive and communicative methods. Establishing positive teacher-student relationships, setting clear classroom rules, and implementing interactive teaching techniques are the key factors in effective classroom management.
In Azerbaijani language lessons, these approaches positively impact students’ language skills. Active learning methods such as debates, group work, and role-playing contribute to develop students’ speaking abilities. Classroom management in higher education institutions requires a more strategic approach. Interactive teaching methods and innovative management strategies strengthen teacher-student collaboration and increase the efficiency of the educational process. Overall, the application of modern classroom management models enhance the quality of education and improve students’ academic achievements.
