Evaluation of the Role of Job Satisfaction in the Development

of the National Economy

 

Abstract

 

Job satisfaction plays a crucial role in the development of the national economy. Satisfied employees enhance labor productivity, strengthen workplace motivation, and contribute to innovative activities. Employees who are satisfied with their work represent a more stable workforce, which is essential for economic stability and sustainable development. The study examines the main factors affecting job satisfaction, including working conditions, salary and social benefits, opportunities for professional development, leadership quality, and the psychological climate in the workplace. The impact of each factor on employee productivity and the overall development of the national economy is evaluated.
