The aim of the study is to identify the main ethical communication principles in academic speech, analyze their impact on academic activities, and evaluate current challenges in this field. The research employs methods of analysis, comparison, generalization, and systematization. The findings indicate that honesty, objectivity, academic responsibility, mutual respect, tolerance, and academic integrity constitute the fundamental principles of ethical communication. The study reveals that compliance with these principles contributes to the development of trust in the academic community, enhances the effectiveness of scientific discussions, and promotes academic cooperation. Furthermore, plagiarism, distortion of information, and unethical communicative behavior are identified as major factors negatively affecting the quality of academic activities.
