Development of the Digital Economy:

The Impact ff Digitalization on the Labor Market and Production

 

Abstract

 

The digital transformation of the global economy has significantly changed the social and economic structures of society in recent decades. Digitalization is fundamentally reshaping traditional business models and occupational structures, creating new opportunities and challenges in both the labor market and production. This article comprehensively analyzes the main features of the digital economy, the impact of digitalization on the labor market and production processes, the socio-economic consequences of these changes and future development prospects. Based on a systematic literature review, statistical indicators and international comparative analyses, the economic efficiency of digitalization, digital skill requirements, the transformation of professions as a result of automation and the problems of digital inequality are examined. The article also provides practical recommendations for public policy and labor market participants.
