Assessment of Volleyball Technique Acquisition in Girls Aged 9–11
Through Pedagogical Observation
Abstract
The article examines the assessment of volleyball technique acquisition in girls aged 9–11 through pedagogical observation. The main purpose of the study is to determine the level of mastery of the fundamental technical elements of volleyball (ball reception, passing, basic serving skills, and movement coordination) in this age group based on pedagogical observation. During the research, systematic pedagogical observation, step-by-step monitoring of the training process, and analysis of qualitative indicators were applied. Observations were conducted according to the correctness of technical performance, coordination of movements, frequency of technical errors, and the level of adaptation to the training process. The results demonstrated that the pedagogical observation method allows for an objective and reliable assessment of volleyball technique acquisition among girls aged 9–11 and provides practical recommendations for teachers and coaches to optimize the training process.
