Analysis of Strategic Decisions Affecting the Development of
Educational Institutions
Abstract
The development of educational institutions directly depends on the proper planning and implementation of strategic decisions. Strategic decisions play a key role in determining the long-term goals of universities and higher education institutions, ensuring the efficient use of resources, and providing high-quality education. The effectiveness of these decisions can be enhanced through strong management structures, well-formulated leadership policies, and the application of innovative approaches. Analysis shows that strategic decisions significantly affect not only academic and administrative performance but also the reputation of universities, student satisfaction, and relationships with the community. Therefore, the preparation and implementation of strategic decisions in higher education institutions require a professional approach and a solid scientific foundation.
