The Socio-Economic Aspects of Business System Development in Civil Aviation
Abstract
The article explores various theoretical and scientific approaches to the development of the business system in the field of civil aviation and its socio-economic foundations and factors. The microenvironment of the business space, industry and market environment, types of integration of an organization into the market environment (insourcing, outsourcing, and virtual), and the transactional costs associated with the execution of economic operations are thoroughly analyzed. The article also clarifies the economic goals of the main activities of the organization and the functions performed by the business system to achieve these goals, presented in the form of diagrams. The socio-economic impacts of implemented business systems are examined. The author analyzes the influence of civil aviation on employment, regional development and the national economy, compares international experiences and provides development proposals for Azerbaijan. The article demonstrates that well-structured business systems allow for the full realization of the sector’s potential.
