The Role of Human Resources Efficiency in Organizational Effectiveness
Abstract
An organization forms a system and a social entity within the environment to which it belongs, striving to achieve its objectives and strategic goals. This is done by utilizing all available resources in a rational manner that maintains the necessary balance and efficiency. Human resources are considered one of the most important components and elements that provide the energy and dynamism for all activities and processes carried out by the organization in its business environment, whether it is a business organization or even non-profit organizations. Through focusing on human resources, these organizations aim to achieve their goals and objectives, with an emphasis on human resources as a starting point that helps the organization move forward in achieving all its technical and artistic programs both in the short and long term, with comfort and dynamism.
