The Influence of Working Conditions and Psychoemotional Factors on Employees of Pharmaceutical Institutions
Abstract
Working conditions and psycho-emotional state of pharmacy employees directly affect the effectiveness of their professional activities and the quality of service to patients. The expansion of emergency pharmaceutical care has increased their responsibility, increased professional burnout syndrome (PTS), physical overload and stress. Violation of hygienic working conditions, prolonged stay in the same body position lead to health problems. Therefore, it is very important to organize an optimal physical environment in pharmacies, establish a work schedule and a psychological support system. Such an approach strengthens the well-being of pharmacists, improves the quality of work and increases the population’s trust in pharmaceutical services.
