Abstract. Rapid changes in the global business environment have significantly increased the importance of team management and leadership approaches in project management. The multidimensional and dynamic nature of modern projects highlights the strategic role of leadership skills, effective communication mechanisms, and coordination within project teams. In particular, the widespread implementation of digital technologies and agile management methods has enabled project teams to operate in a more flexible, adaptive, and result-oriented manner.
Effective leadership strategies play a crucial role in increasing team motivation, creating a collaborative working environment, and optimizing decision-making processes. In addition, leaders’ emotional intelligence, change management capabilities, and innovative approaches are considered essential factors in achieving successful project outcomes. Strong team management contributes to more efficient use of resources, minimization of risks, and timely achievement of project objectives.
The findings of the study demonstrate that the application of adaptive leadership models, strengthening mutual trust within teams, and the effective use of digital communication tools are critical factors in enhancing project success. Modern management approaches also support organizations in adapting more effectively to changing business environments and gaining sustainable competitive advantages.
