The Impact of Artificial Intelligence on Literature: Development,
Integration, and Ethical Directions
Abstract
In recent years, the integration of artificial intelligence into various fields has been rapidly increasing. One such area is English literature. As artificial intelligence is a rapidly evolving field, it significantly impacts the world of literature. This paper analyzes the multifaceted role of artificial intelligence in English literature, exploring its applications in the creation, analysis, and interpretation of literary works. The research also examines the ethical implications of artificial intelligence in literature and its effects on the roles of writers and readers. In this context, artificial intelligence is used both in the analysis and creation of literary works. The presented paper analyzes the impact of artificial intelligence on English literature, discussing its various applications as well as the advantages and disadvantages of such integration. Furthermore, ethical concerns regarding literary works created by artificial intelligence are highlighted, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a balance between human creativity and technological advancements, while also stressing the significance of being open to technological progress and preserving human creativity. By examining these aspects, the research helps to gain a deeper understanding of the transformative effects of artificial intelligence on English literature.
