The Concept of Social Tourism
Abstract
Globalization, as it affects all legal relations, is distinguished by its strong impact on tourism legal relations. In particular, the greater accessibility of means of transport for traveling and the multitude of choices have increased the importance of tourism legal relations. In general, before giving an understanding of social tourism in this section, it is very important to determine the scope of tourism. Determining the main characteristics of social tourism and distinguishing it from other types of tourism is very important from a legal perspective. In this regard, it would be appropriate to determine the effects of social tourism on society and social relations, and to identify the results from a legal, social and economic perspective. The contribution of social tourism initiatives to social integration is great, this concept is also distinguished by its essential importance in terms of ensuring basic human rights and freedoms and ensuring economic development. The article analyzes the importance of giving a legal understanding to social tourism, the main elements of social tourism, and international experience in this direction.
