Abstract
Classic and modern sociologic theories and concepts, referring to the problem of values, are researched in the article. Defining value, basic values, sociologic values, value criteria and development their role and significance in the life of the individual and society are expressed
The author presents the theoretical and practical recommendations, approaching to the problem of value in Azerbaijani society and sociology.
