Psychological Process of Training Activity
Abstract
The current training system refers more to the illustrative explanation principle. This system allows students to master certain knowledge and instill a number of habits in them. The main goal of the training process is to impart knowledge. Sometimes we cannot achieve high indicators in the training process. Some see the reason for this in students, some in teachers, and some in the inability of training methods to meet the needs of students and teachers at the appropriate level. Some also see social factors as one of the main reasons preventing the successful implementation of training methods. The main reasons for our failure in the training process stem from our lack of knowledge of the psychological mechanisms of training, how to manage it psychologically, and what role training plays in the mental development of the student. Observations have shown that children's cognitive abilities are much broader than existing programs assume. Although a child's opportunities to acquire knowledge are broad, they are not limitless. Although a child's opportunities to acquire knowledge are broad, they are not limitless. The final result of training is determined not only by external factors, but also by internal factors. When these two factors form a unity, training is successful. The article discusses methods of psychological approach to students when working with them in the training process.
