Opportunities of Using Folklore in the Training of Experts in Technology Teaching Specialty
Abstract
This article considers the possibilities of using folklore in the training of specialists in the specialty teacher of technology, and also provides some “The smell is heard” phraseological expressions, in which their price is very high for those who appreciate them well. In one Azerbaijani proverb, it is said that you can't make soup out of cheap meat. But why do they say that you can't make soup from cheap meat? It is known that in ancient times all liquid dishes were called soup. Such dishes include all soups-bozbash, khash, borscht, dushbara, meatball, etc. At that time, all soups were made with meat, especially fatty meat. But then, as now, fatty meat was much more expensive than lean meat. That's why they say that “you can't make soup from cheap meat”. The study shows that the name "shorba" in the XI century was "mun" and is mentioned in the famous "Dictionary of Divani-it-Turk" by M.Kashgari, as well as in the famous works of Prof. M.Huseynova "Historical-etymological dictionary of names of food and drinks of Azerbaijani language" and "Grammatical features of "Dictionary of Divani-it-Turk". The study also used the term "ingredient" related to chemistry and it was shown that chemistry is also included in the group of lexemes related to the subgroup of everyday life. This means that studying any issue in symbiosis with other sciences helps people to understand the world more deeply.
