International Experience of Legal Regulation of Entrepreneurial
Activities in the Agricultural Sphere and the
Possibilities of its Use in Azerbaijan
Abstract
This article analyzes the issues of legal regulation of entrepreneurial activity in the agricultural sector against the background of international experience. The agricultural sector, being one of the strategic sectors of the economy, plays an important role in the socio-economic development of countries. The development of agriculture is of particular importance not only in terms of ensuring food security but also in terms of developing regions and increasing employment. The development of entrepreneurship in the agricultural sector is closely related to the existence of effective legal regulation mechanisms. In modern times, many countries apply various legal and institutional mechanisms to stimulate the development of agricultural entrepreneurship. These mechanisms are implemented through the regulation of land relations, state subsidies, tax breaks, and agricultural credit programs. The article examines international experience in the legal regulation of entrepreneurial activity in the agricultural sector and analyzes the possibilities of applying this experience in Azerbaijan.
As a result of the study, it was determined that improving the legal framework and applying international experience are of great importance for the development of agricultural entrepreneurship. At the same time, strengthening state support mechanisms and applying innovative approaches in the agricultural sector can contribute to the sustainable development of the sector.
