Features of Swimming Training Methodology
Affecting the Improvement of Physical Health Indicators in Girls Aged 7-9

Abstract. The article analyzes the methodological features of swimming training that contribute to improving the physical health indicators of girls aged 7-9. The study emphasizes the importance of conducting exercises first on land and then in water, developing breathing and body coordination, applying an individual approach, and adhering to safety rules. The role of games in developing swimming skills, children’s adaptation to the aquatic environment, coordination, rhythmic movements, and emotional motivation is also considered. Through various game examples – “Frog Race,” “Who is Higher?,” “Net,” “Paddles and Goldfish,” “Arrows” – children’s motor skills and freedom of movement in water are studied. The article is aimed at designing a training program that contributes to the physical development of school-aged girls based on methodological guidelines and practical recommendations.
