Evaluation of Work on Effective Management of Inclusive
Education in Schools
Abstract
This article examines the evaluation of effective management of inclusive education in schools. Inclusive education aims to ensure equal access to education for all students, including those with special educational needs, within general education environments. The study emphasizes the importance of accessible infrastructure, universal design for learning, and the integration of digital educational resources to support inclusive learning processes. Special attention is given to individualized teaching methods and the role of teachers in facilitating student participation. The article also analyzes recent developments in Azerbaijan and identifies existing challenges, including unequal distribution of educational resources, infrastructure limitations, and the need to improve teachers’ professional training in inclusive education.
