Assessment of the Application of Digital Technologies in the International Supply Chain in Azerbaijan
Atabay Rashidli
Abstract. This article assesses the application of digital technologies in the international supply chain in Azerbaijan and its effectiveness. Initiatives implemented by the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the State Customs Committee within the framework of the country's digitalization policy have created conditions for the optimization of logistics and trade processes. Electronic customs systems, digital platforms and innovative technologies reduce operational costs, increase transparency and strengthen coordination in the supply chain. The assessment results show that although the application of these technologies increases Azerbaijan's competitiveness in international trade, issues such as cybersecurity, infrastructure and human capital development still remain relevant.
