Application Advantages of Electronic Government and Digital Transformations in State Organizations

Abstract. The application of e-government and digital transformations in state institutions is of great importance in terms of increasing the efficiency of modern management and providing better quality services to citizens. One of the main advantages in this direction is the increase in the accessibility and transparency of services. Through electronic platforms, for example, systems such as “ASAN service” and “Electronic Government Portal (e-gov.az)” simplify direct interaction between citizens and state institutions, increase the speed of processing applications and minimize paperwork. As a result, time and resources are saved, and corruption risks are reduced.
Digital transformation also optimizes decision-making processes in management. State institutions are able to obtain information in real time, analyze it and monitor processes and make strategic decisions. This not only increases the efficiency of administrative services, but also allows for the optimization of financial resources, timely management of risks and more flexible implementation of state policy.
The expansion of digital infrastructure and the application of information technologies also increase citizens' access to information resources. Thanks to online services, digital libraries, education and social platforms, the population can benefit from various services uninterruptedly and quickly. This strengthens the social inclusiveness of the state and serves to realize the principle of digital inclusion. Also, the development of e-commerce and online payment systems ensures the digitalization of economic processes, creating transparent and fast transaction opportunities for the business environment.
