Məqalə mülkiyyət toxunulmazlığı prinsipinin fəlsəfi mənasını dərk etməyə həsr edilmişdir. Belə nəticəyə gəlmək olar ki, mülkiyyət toxunulmazlığı ideyası fərdi və kollektivist ideyalar arasında gizli ziddiyyəti ehtiva edir ki, bu da öz növbəsində hissənin və bütövün fəlsəfi kateqoriyaları arasındakı əlaqəyə qayıdır. Bir tərəfdən, mülkiyyətin toxunulmazlığı müəyyən edir ki, ayrı-ayrılıqda müəyyən edilmiş şəxsə və ya şəxslər qrupuna məxsus olan əşyalar mülkiyyətçinin razılığı olmadan başqasının mülkiyyətinə keçə bilməz. Başqa sözlə, mülkiyyətçinin ona məxsus əmlakla birlikdə cəmiyyətin digər üzvlərindən təcrid olunması nəzərdə tutulur.

PHILOSOPHICAL CONCEPT ANALYSIS OF THE CONCEPT OF PROPERTY
Abstract
The article is devoted to understanding the philosophical meaning of the principle of the inviolability of property. It is concluded that the idea of the inviolability of property contains a latent conflict between individualistic and collectivist ideas, which, in turn, go back to the relationship between the philosophical categories of the part and the whole. On the one hand, the inviolability of property establishes that objects belonging to an individually defined person or group of persons cannot, without the consent of the owner, become the property of someone else. In other words, the isolation of the owner, together with the property belonging to him, from other members of society is assumed
