Investigating the Factors Affecting Electronic Commerce: The Role of Electronic Commerce in Economic Growth
Abstract
The aim of this study is to deepen the impact of electronic commerce (e-commerce) on economic growth and the main factors playing a role in this process. Electronic commerce is emerging as a phenomenon that dramatically changes the dynamics of the economy in the modern era. The continuation of technological developments, the expansion of the Internet in every country, and the use and spread of mobile devices have led to the rapid growth of electronic commerce in the global environment. The study was carried out using mixed methodologies, quantitative and qualitative approaches. In-depth statistical and thematic analyses of the data collected through questionnaires and interviews were conducted, and the main findings were structured. The results show that the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies, the increase in the use of mobile technology, and the active role of social media are the main factors that preferentially support economic growth. This research offers new strategic directions for the business world and presents innovative approaches that take into account the economy.
