Analysis of the Current State of the Global Electronic Commerce Market

 

Abstract

The current state of the global e-commerce market has developed rapidly in recent years. The widespread use of the Internet and mobile technologies, as well as the development of digital payment systems, have ensured the rapid growth of this sector. The volume of e-commerce worldwide continues to grow every year and is actively used in various fields, in particular, in retail, services, education and tourism.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the current state of the global e-commerce market. This article will discuss the main factors affecting the rapidly developing e-commerce market, including the widespread use of the Internet and mobile technologies, the development of digital payment systems and the effects of the pandemic period. It will also analyze the role of major players in the e-commerce market - companies such as Amazon, Alibaba and eBay, as well as the entry of new startups operating in regional markets into competition. The article will also cover the integration of mobile applications and social media platforms into e-commerce, security issues, tax regulations and customer data protection. Finally, considerations will be presented on the impact of the growth of internet users in developing countries and the demand for digital services on the futurdevelopment of the market. This study will help to understand the dynamics of the global e-commerce market and assess its future prospects.
