CİNAYƏTKAR HƏRƏKƏTSİZLİYİN NÖVLƏRİ

Məqalə “Cinayətkar hərəkətsizliyin növləri” adlanır. Məqalədə obyektiv cəhətin zəruri əlaməti olan ictimai təhlükəli əməlin - hərəkət və hərəkətsizliyin anlayışı verilir. Məqalədə həmçinin hərəkətsizliyin növləri göstərilir. Hərəkətsizliyin təmiz və qarışıq, birdəfəlik və uzanan növləri təhlil edilir, hər birinə aid misallar gətirilir. Məqalədə eyni zamanda hərəkətsizliyə görə hansı hallarda, hansı andan məsuliyyətin yarana, hansı hallarda məsuliyyətdən azad edilmə də göstərilir.

Types of Criminal Inaction

Abstract

The article is called "Types of criminal inaction". The article provides the concept of socially dangerous act-action and inaction, which is a necessary sign of the objective aspect. The article also shows the types of inactivity. Pure and mixed, one-time and prolonged types of immobility are analyzed, examples of each are given. At the same time, the article also shows in what cases, from what moment the liability arises, and in what cases the liability can be exempted due to inaction.
