Məqalədə göstərilir ki, liberal iqtisadiyyatlarda sərbəst bazar şərtləri nə dərəcədə inkişaf edirsə, bazar da, bir o qədər sabitləşir. Lakin sərbəst bazar şərtləri tam formalaşmadığı üçün bu prosedur müşahidə olunmur. Dalğalanmalar, struktur xüsusiyyətlərindən və ya xüsusi şərtlərdən irəli gələn səbəblərə görə müşahidə olunur. Bu dalğalanmalar iqtisadi qərar qəbul edənlərin proqnozlarının reallaşma ehtimalını azaldır. Müəssisəyə xas olan risk, ticarətin mövcudluğundan bu yana hər zaman qaçınılmış, lakin mənfəət və ya qazanc üçün müxtəlif səviyyələrdə tətbiq olunan bir element kimi realizə olunmuşdur. İnkişaf etməkdə və dəyişməkdə olan ticarət əlaqələrində risk də müxtəlif ölçülərdə özünü göstərmişdir.

Financial risk management in modern conditions
Abstract
In the article showed that, communication has been improved and accelerated by the use of computers in communication. This development led to the name of the information age. Depending on the speed of communication, the speed of dissemination and use of knowledge also increases. The use of knowledge has become important as a feature that needs to be emphasized more than being informed (learning). To this end, in modern times, changes in the country's economy are studied more quickly in other countries, and this information is acted upon in the light. Therefore, changes in the economy of one country affect the economy of other countries. In our globalized world. economies are becoming more open to external influences. As a result of these effects, there are changes in prices, interest rates and exchange rates. The risky environment created by the fluctuations has become a phenomenon for markets.
