Oghuz Kipchak relations and black-robed infidels in the book Dede Korkut epos
Summary
The article is devoted to imagery, one of the fields of modern comparative studies. The research is based on the epos "Kitabi-Dada Gorgud". The prototype of historical figures is determined in the saga. Against the background of these historical figures and events that took place within the historical time, the issues of "one's own" and others are clarified. The historical roots of the conflicts between the Oghuzs and the event of their expression in the saga are clarified with the images of the enemy, such as "Kipchak Malik", "Shoklu Malik", "Black-robed infidels", "Black Takur".
